Your purchases are shipped from sunny San Diego, CA, within 2-3 business days of order. All packages are sent by First-Class or Priority US Mail. We ship all items with insurance, a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
On confirmed delivery, we will assume you have received your package. Please be sure you provide the proper USPS address
where mail can be safely delivered. We cannot be responsible
for porch pirates.
In case of damage, please keep original packaging
so we can file a claim.
